Who we are
Precision Intelligence Partners builds AI chat agents, AI voice agents, appointment booking systems, and workflow automation for service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and in the course of providing those services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you submit a form, book a call, email us, call us, or hold a conversation with an AI agent on this site, we collect what you provide. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever you tell us about your business and what you're trying to solve. Conversations with our chat and voice agents are recorded and stored so we can respond, improve accuracy, and keep a record of what was agreed.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the time and duration of your visit. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar storage for functionality that the site needs to work — including remembering your light or dark theme preference — and for basic analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, including embedded scheduling and forms, may not work correctly if you do.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule and hold calls with you.
- To provide, operate, support, and improve the services we build for clients.
- To send information you asked for and, where permitted, relevant follow-up.
- To maintain the security and integrity of our systems.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to run our business — including customer relationship management, scheduling, email and telephony, hosting, analytics, and the AI model providers that power our agents. These providers process information on our behalf and only to the extent needed to deliver their service to us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
AI processing
Conversations with our chat and voice agents are processed by third-party AI model providers in order to generate responses. Content you submit through an agent may be transmitted to those providers for that purpose. Our agents answer from knowledge bases built out of approved material and are scoped so they do not provide medical, legal, tax, or financial advice, and they escalate to a person where appropriate.
Client data
Where we build and operate systems for a client, that client's customer data is processed by us on the client's instructions and remains theirs. If you interacted with an agent on a client's website or phone line, that client's own privacy policy governs how they use your information; contact them directly for requests relating to it.
Legal disclosure
We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the safety of any person, or to investigate fraud or a security issue. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Retention
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, including the length of a client relationship, and afterwards for as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed we delete it or render it non-identifiable.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email us at the address below; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
Communications
You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, and out of text messages by replying STOP. We may still send you messages necessary to a service or transaction you have with us.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
This site may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
